Pregnancy shoot: everything you need to know

You only experience your pregnancy like this once. A pregnancy shoot captures this period: your bump, your look and the anticipation you share with your partner and any children. In this article you read everything you need to know before you book.

What is a pregnancy shoot?

A pregnancy shoot, also called maternity photography or a baby bump shoot, is a photo session in which your pregnancy takes centre stage. With us it is a calm session in a spacious studio of over 110 m², with several backgrounds and settings. We take our time and make sure you feel at ease.

Who can join in the photos?

Everyone who belongs. Your partner and your children are welcome free of charge at the shoot, and you can also be photographed entirely on your own. Read more in our article on the pregnancy shoot with partner and children.

How many photos do we take?

At a pregnancy shoot we take more than 500 photos. From those you choose the best ones for editing yourself. Why we take so many photos and how that works, you read in our article over 400 photos per shoot.

When do you plan the shoot?

The best time is between weeks 28 and 32: your bump is nicely round and you usually still feel fit. How to calculate and plan is explained in pregnancy shoot: when is the best time.

What do you wear?

How to book

1. Send a message via WhatsApp (06 42 58 87 73), the contact form or [email protected].
2. We contact you within 24 hours and plan your date together. With a €60 deposit your date is secured.
3. You receive clothing advice and come to the studio in Poeldijk, near The Hague. Parking is free.
