By Arda GencShort answerAt Photostudio62 we take over 400 photos during a shoot, and more than 500 at a pregnancy shoot. From those you choose the best photos for editing yourself. A package with, say, 30 edited photos therefore does not mean we take only 30 photos: they are the 30 you like best, out of many times that.
Many people think a package of 20 or 30 photos means the photographer takes only that many photos. With us that is not the case. We take our time and really take a great many photos.
Why do we take so many photos?
- Children and babies move constantly. That is how you capture the real smile, not just the pose.
- Closed eyes, a blink or a grimace always happens. With many photos you always have a choice.
- With a family, partner or children you want all the combinations: together, solo, large and small.
You choose the best
After the shoot you choose the photos you want edited. So you decide which photos tell your story, instead of us doing it for you. You receive the edited photos within about 3 weeks.
How many edited photos are in a package?
- Pregnancy in the studio: 30 digital photos of your choice.
- Cake smash: Bronze 20, Silver 25 and Gold 30 edited photos.
- Family shoot in the studio: 25 digital photos of your choice.

We take our time
A shoot usually takes 40 to 75 minutes, depending on the shoot and your package. We are only finished when we are sure there are enough beautiful photos. Read more in how long does a photo shoot take.
