Step 1: you request your shoot
Fill in the contact form : choose your shoot and package, leave your details and give your preferred date. Also enter your phone number, because we contact you via WhatsApp. For a cake smash you also state allergies and agree to the terms and conditions.
Step 2: we contact you within 24 hours
My colleague or I will send you a WhatsApp message within 24 hours. We go through the whole shoot with you and answer all your questions, for example about clothing, the cake, the duration or what your child needs.
Step 3: we plan a day and time
Together we look at a day that suits you. Are you coming from far, for example from Apeldoorn or Groningen? Then we plan a moment that fits your journey and your child's rhythm.
Step 4: the deposit
Once we have set a day and time, you pay the deposit of €60. After that your shoot is definite. Cancelling or rescheduling is free up to 72 hours before the shoot.
Step 5: the shoot itself
- We take our time and do not work against the clock. A cake smash usually takes 40 to 75 minutes, a pregnancy, family or kids shoot about 60 minutes. Read how long a photoshoot takes.
- Clothing: bring something yourself, and use our free client closet. More tips in what to wear to a photoshoot.
- We follow your child's pace. A shy or busy child is perfectly fine.
Step 6: choosing your favourites and delivery
After the shoot you choose your favourite photos. Do you want more than your package includes? Each extra photo costs €4, and for many photos we give a discount. Read ordering extra photos. We deliver your photos within 3 weeks after you have chosen your favourites and keep them for 2 months after that, so download and store them well.
And afterwards: photos on the wall
Do you want your favourite photo on canvas, acrylic or as a poster? You can do that via order photos, from €74.95. First try the size to scale above your sofa . More tips in choosing wall decoration.
Social media and your choice
May we share your photos on social media? You decide. You choose Yes, No or I do not know yet. If you choose No, we will not use your photos for it.
